Online Bill Payment Service definition

Online Bill Payment Service means the online bill payment service offered by First National Bank of Pennsylvania, through CheckFree Services Corporation, a subsidiary of Fiserv Solutions, Inc.
Online Bill Payment Service and/or “Service” means the bill payment service that BECU makes available over the Internet. “Credit Union”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means BECU. “Account” means the deposit account you designate to process Bill Payment transactions through. "Payee" or “Merchant” means anyone you designate and we accept as a payee. “Payment” means your remittance to a payee.
Online Bill Payment Service. (“Service”) means the service provided by the Bank for Customer to perform Bill Payment(s) provided by designated service providers (“Service Provider”), scope of Service includes:

  • Your use of the Online Banking service or the Online Bill Payment Service is your acknowledgment that you have received these agreements and intend to be bound by them.

  • In order to use the Online Bill Payment Service, you will need to establish at least one Payee in your Payee List.

  • Neither we nor the Service Provider are liable for any act, failure to act or delay in acting with respect to the Online Bill Payment Service if caused, in whole or in part, by any cause beyond our and/or the Service Provider’s reasonable control.

  • You may terminate the Online Bill Payment Service at any time by written notice to us.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Online Bill Payment Service while an overdraft exists in your Account or if we suspect fraud or other misuse of the system.

  • You will remain responsible for all Payments made by the Online Bill Payment Service under this section.

  • Under no circumstances shall we or the Service Provider be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or punitive losses, damages, or expenses in connection with the Online Bill Payment Service, even if we and/or our Service Provider have knowledge of the possibility of them.

  • These limitations are the same as those for transactions initiated via the Online Bill Payment Service.

  • You authorize us and/or the Service Provider to contact your Payees to request appropriate adjustments consistent with your Payment instructions and/or as pertaining to Your Responsibilities sections above, and/or to stop payment on any payment issued against your Account or other issues incurred in connection with the Online Bill Payment Service.

Online Bill Payment Service means a service available through Online Banking that enables the initiation of payments to designated payees.

  • payment service means any business activity set out in Annex I;

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Input Service Distributor means an office of the supplier of goods or services or both which receives tax invoices issued under section 31 towards the receipt of input services and issues a prescribed document for the purposes of distributing the credit of central tax, State tax, integrated tax or Union territory tax paid on the said services to a supplier of taxable goods or services or both having the same Permanent Account Number as that of the said office;

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • input service means any service used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;

  • Prepaid calling service means the right to access exclusively telecommunications services, which must be paid for in advance and which enables the origination of calls using an access number or authorization code, whether manually or electronically dialed, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.
