Online Trading Platform definition

Online Trading Platform means any online trading platform made available by the Company under the Agreement;
Online Trading Platform means the platform established by the Trading Entity and the Custody Entity, through which they shall render Trans- action (order placement) services and custody and settlement services respectively to Eligible Persons who have elected to participate in the Standard Trading Process, comprising the Online Trading Platform Website and the Call Centre, and on which each such Eligible Person shall have an Online Trading Platform Account;
Online Trading Platform means any sales transaction concluded by a market agent/market wholesaler and which is captured on an electronic trading system constituting a sales transaction;

  • You represent and warrant that you are aware of all Applicable Regulations that apply to the Online Trading Platform and/or Electronic Trading Services that you use and that your use of the Electronic Trading Services will comply with all Applicable Regulations and this Agreement as amended from time to time.

  • The percentage is displayed in the deal ticket when placing the Guaranteed Stop Loss Order on the CAPITAL.COM Online Trading Platform.

  • The Client’s instructions can be coursed through the Online Trading Platform.

  • When there are instructions given to the Company outside the Online Trading Platform, the Client is advised to confirm such relayed instructions in writing before execution.

  • If we do so without giving notice, we will inform you in our Online Trading Platform that we have done so.

  • The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer financial instruments on cryptocurrencies for trading on its Online Trading Platform.
