OPEB Board definition

OPEB Board means the board established in §36-12.1-7 to administer the
OPEB Board or “OPEB Board of Trustees” means the body established by Article 10 of this Trust Agreement, the membership of which, as so constituted from time to time, comprises the OPEB Board of Trustees.
