Operating Action definition

Operating Action means any action taken by the Transporter in connection with the operation of the Transportation System including in connection with the provision of Balancing Gas or Shrinkage Gas or the disposal of Balancing Gas;
Operating Action means any action taken by the Transporter in accordance with Part I (Legal and General) Section 12.3 (Operating Actions);

Examples of Operating Action in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding Part E (Balancing and Shrinkage) Section 1.3.4 and Section 2.4.3(a), where the Transporter is performing an Operating Action it shall not be deemed to be acting in the capacity of a Shipper nor shall it be bound by any of the obligations imposed by this Code on Shippers.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing where the Transporter is performing an Operating Action it may, for the purpose of Part D (Nominations, Allocations and NDM Supply Point Reconciliation) be entitled to submit IP Nominations, Nominations and IBP Nominations and receive IP Allocations and Allocations in the same manner as a Shipper.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing where the Transporter is performing an Operating Action it may, for the purpose of Part D (Nominations, Allocation and NDM Supply Point Reconcilation) be entitled to submit Nominations and receive Allocations in the same manner as a Shipper.

  • Notwithstanding Part E (Balancing and Shrinkage) Section 2.4.3(a), where the Transporter is performing an Operating Action it shall not be deemed to be acting in the capacity of a Shipper nor shall it be bound by any of the obligations imposed by this Code on Shippers.

  • Heritage Toronto (Operating) Action taken by the Committee: The Budget Advisory Committee recommended the adoption of the 2005 EMT Recommended Operating Budget for Heritage Toronto, as recommended by the Economic Development and Parks Committee.

  • The City is also required to provide a summary of and the results of the actions it has taken pursuant to the Operating Action described for any applicable stage of its Water Shortage Contingency Plan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing where the Transporter isperforming an Operating Action it may, for the purpose of Part D (Nominations, Allocations and NDM Supply Point Reconcilation) be entitled to submit Nominations and receive Allocations in the same manner as a Shipper.

Related to Operating Action

  • Future Facilities Costs means the CFD Public Facilities minus (i) public facility costs previously paid from the Construction Fund, (ii) moneys currently on deposit in the Construction Fund, and (iii) moneys currently on deposit in an escrow fund that are expected to be available to finance facilities costs.

  • Net operating loss means a loss incurred by a person in the operation of a trade or business. "Net operating loss" does not include unutilized losses resulting from basis limitations, at-risk limitations, or passive activity loss limitations.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Operative Agreements means this Agreement, the Liquidity Facilities, the Fee Letters, the Indentures, the Trust Agreements, the Participation Agreements, the Equipment Notes and the Certificates, together with all exhibits and schedules included with any of the foregoing.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.
