Operating Certificates definition

Operating Certificates means, with respect to a Vessel, to the extent required by applicable Law: (i) in the case of U.S. Vessels, a Certificate of Inspection issued by the U.S. Coast Guard; (ii) a load line certificate; (iii) all ISM Code Documentation; (iv) all ISPS Code Documentation; (v) a tonnage certificate; (vi) in the case of Vessels operating in U.S. waters, a Certificate of Financial Responsibility issued under the Oil Pollution Act 1990; and (vii) all other trading certificates required for such Vessel.
Operating Certificates means, with respect to a Vessel, to the extent required by applicable Law: (i) in the case of U.S. Vessels, a Certificate of Inspection issued by the U.S. Coast Guard; (ii) a load line certificate; (iii) all ISM Code Documentation; (iv) all ISPS Code Documentation; (v) a tonnage certificate; (vi) in the case of Vessels operating in U.S. waters, a Certificate of Financial Responsibility issued under the Oil Pollution Xxx 0000; and (vii) all other trading certificates required for such Vessel.
