  • Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.   • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Charter Service means, but does not include demand response service to individuals:

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • Land Use Bylaw means Bylaw 75 of the Municipality, approved on August 6, 1992, as amended, or successor bylaws.

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Community Charter means the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Parent Charter means the Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, as from time to time amended.

  • Restated Charter means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.

  • Memorandum of Association means the memorandum of association of the Company, as amended or substituted from time to time;

  • Operating Partnership Agreement means the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Charter contract or "contract" means a fixed-term, renewable contract between a
