Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Merchant will not directly or indirectly access or use the ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Service in violation of or contrary to the Operating Procedures and User Guide or the terms of this Agreement.
The following order of precedence shall apply to the interpretation and application of this Agreement: (1) ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Service Agreement, (2) Bank Terms, (3) Operating Procedures and User Guide, and (4) other exhibits.

This Agreement, including the Exhibits and Operating Procedures and User Guide, sets forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties, and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties, as to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Merchant shall comply with all then current policies, procedures, and guidelines of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ governing the ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Service, including, but not limited to, the Operating Procedures and User Guide and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Acceptable Use Guidelines.
