Operational Term definition

Operational Term means [in respect of a Phase] the period from the Actual Completion Date [Phase Actual Completion Date] until the end of the Project Term;
Operational Term means the term of validity of a Digital Certificate commencing on the date of its issue and terminating on the earlier of (i) the date disclosed in that Digital Certificate or (ii) the date of that Digital Certificate’s Revocation.
Operational Term means any provision of the Crude Supply Agreement or the CRCCLP Crude Supply Agreement concerning the day-to-day performance of such agreement, including those provisions customarily waived or modified on a temporary basis in the ordinary course of business or pursuant to industry custom or practice, and which is not a Material Term.
