Location Preparation a. Permits and Approvals: Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals that are required for Location development and Court installation are secured.

Location Preparation. 5.1 CDKX shall supply APL in a reasonable time before delivery such information and assistance as may be necessary to enable APL to plan to prepare the Location for the installation of the Hardware to be installed at APL's premises. In the event the Location is not prepared by APL or suitable as promised by APL then APL shall procure or find an alternate premises which is reasonably suitable for installation of the Hardware. 5.2 APL shall, at its own expense and in a timely manner prepare the Location and provide such reasonable equipment and reasonable environmental and operational conditions for the Hardware which is to be installed as per the diagram in Schedule 1, prior to installation. APL shall provide CDKX with a list of equipment and details of the Location to CDKX for CDKX's approval prior to delivery of the Hardware. CDKX shall either approve the list of APL or inform APL of any modifications or amendments thereto. Thereafter, APL shall carry out such modifications or provide the modifications prior to delivery of the Hardware. Shall CDKX fail to approve or make any amendments or modifications to APL's list, the Location shall be deemed to have been approved by CDKX and APL shall not be liable for any damages to the Hardware as a result of the Location (if any) even if later discovered [CDKX shall assist APL both by maintenance and replacement of any of the defective or damaged Hardware (if any) as a result of the Location].

City to excavate site 15" and compact existing subgrade. Apply geotextile cloth and grade to 1% for dual slope court construction. Laser grading recommended ii. City to install subgrade of 12” aggregate base in subsequent 6" lifts with 98% compaction to the appropriate dimensions as indicated by court vendor iii. City to install 3” asphalt base of HL3A Grade Asphalt, graded for 1% dual slope court construction to the appropriate dimensions as indicated by court vendor iv. City to coordinate electrical services to ensure appropriate wiring for LED court light installation
Location Preparation. The Contractor shall supply to the Museum, in a reasonable time before delivery of the Equipment, such information and assistance as may be necessary to enable the Museum to prepare the Location for the installation of the equipment, and to provide proper environmental and operational conditions for the efficient working and maintenance of the equipment.   • Site Preparation Axon will provide a hardcopy or digital copy of current user documentation for the Axon Devices ("User Documentation"). User Documentation will include all required environmental specifications for the professional services and Axon Devices to operate per the Axon Device User Documentation. Before installation of Axon Devices (whether performed by Customer or Axon), Customer must prepare the location(s) where Axon Devices are to be installed ("Installation Site") per the environmental specifications in the Axon Device User Documentation. Following installation, Customer must maintain the Installation Site per the environmental specifications. If Axon modifies Axon Device User Documentation for any Axon Devices under this Agreement, Axon will provide the update to Customer when Axon generally releases it

Awarded vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Proposal Preparation The contractor shall assume all costs associated with preparation of proposals for task order awards under the proposal process as an indirect charge (B&P costs). The Government will not reimburse awardees for proposals as a direct charge.

  • Preparation Period During the preparation period, a teacher will have no other assignment except in an emergency situation. Any disputes not resolved by good faith discussions shall be referred to senior executives of each party, who shall meet at a mutually acceptable time and location within thirty (30) days after the Notice Date and attempt to negotiate a settlement.
