Owner, or its EPC Contractor, shall provide Vendor with full access in compliance with applicable Site rules (Exhibit I – Environment, Safety and Health Plan during construction and reasonable Operator Site rules during commercial operation of the Plant) to the Site (or portions of the Site necessary for Vendor to perform its Scope of Work) as required to enable Vendor to perform its Scope of Work in accordance with the Work Schedule.
Owner shall afford, or cause Owner Responsible Parties to afford, Vendor reasonable access subject to applicable Site rules (Exhibit I – Environment, Safety and Health Plan during construction and reasonable Operator Site rules during commercial operation of the Plant) to the Site for Vendor’s performance of its warranty work, and to Owner’s operation and maintenance records of the Project for the purpose of analyzing warranty claims.
