Optimizer Services definition

Optimizer Services means a technology solution developed by Razorpay which enables You to route Your payments through specific payment gateways based on Your business conditions and preferences. This solution works as a software layer on top of Your payment to route every payment request received for Your unique id, based on the rules created by You on Optimizer's merchant facing dashboard.

Examples of Optimizer Services in a sentence

  • The MortgageOne Optimizer Services will be available for use on Business Days only.

  • Any changes made to the MortgageOne Optimizer Services pursuant to this Clause 9.5 shall only be effective if made in writing by the Bank.

  • The Participants also represent and warrant to and undertake with the Bank that the foregoing representations and warranties will be true and accurate throughout the continuance of the MortgageOne Optimizer Contractual Documents and for so long as the MortgageOne Optimizer Services are in operation with reference to the facts and circumstances subsisting from time to time.

  • Where the Bank decides to suspend or withdraw the offering of the MortgageOne Optimizer Services entirely, the Bank shall notify all the Participants in accordance with Clause 9.9. Such suspension or withdrawal shall take effect from the date specified in such notification(s) sent to the Participants.

  • The Participants also agree that the number of Mortgage Loan Accounts that may be linked to the MortgageOne Optimizer Services shall not exceed the Maximum Mortgage Loan Accounts Number.

  • The Participants agree to maintain such Process Agent throughout the continuance of the MortgageOne Optimizer Contractual Documents and for so long as the MortgageOne Optimizer Services are in operation.

  • The Bank does not guarantee that the MortgageOne Optimizer Services will provide the most optimal management of the funds of the Participants, be the most optimal fund management product in the market or will not be affected by adverse tax consequences.

  • Each of the Participants hereby acknowledges his/her understanding that there may be legal, tax and/or accounting risks or implications associated with the MortgageOne Optimizer Services and therefore the Participants should consult legal, financial, tax or other professional advisers in relation to such risks and implications.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • water services means water supply services and sanitation services;

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Computer services means providing services consisting of specifying computer hardware configurations and evaluating technical processing characteristics, computer programming, and training of computer programmers and operators, provided in conjunction with and to support the sale, lease, or operation of taxable computer equipment or systems.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Claims processing services means the administrative services performed in connection with the processing and adjudicating of claims relating to pharmacist services that include:

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;
