Option Purchase Period definition

Option Purchase Period means, on an Option Target-by-Option Target basis, the time period commencing [***] and ending [***].
Option Purchase Period means the period of time after Closing, not to exceed thirty (30) days, determined by Buyer, during which time a Key Employee Optionholder may elect to sell such Option to the Company in exchange for a pro rata portion of the Purchase Price minus the aggregate exercise price attributable to such Options, as set forth in Section 2.5.
Option Purchase Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.08(c).

  • During the Option Purchase Period, the Company will make an offer to purchase from each Key Employee Optionholder all of the Options held by him or her, on the same terms and conditions as the Options being sold by the Principal Optionholders at Closing, subject to the execution of an Option Purchase Agreement and Instrument of Accession by such Key Employee Optionholder.

  • In the event that Purchaser fails to deliver the Additional Option Purchase Price to the Company during the Additional Option Purchase Period, the right to purchase such Additional Option shall terminate.

  • Purchase Period means a period of time specified within an Offering, generally beginning on the Offering Date or on the first Trading Day following a Purchase Date, and ending on a Purchase Date. An Offering may consist of one or more Purchase Periods.

  • Repurchase Period means a period of 90 consecutive days commencing on the date when the Optionee’s Service terminates for any reason, including (without limitation) death or disability.

  • Purchase Right means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Initial Optional Purchase Date The first Distribution Date following the date on which the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance is less than 10.00% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Subscription Period means the duration of Customer’s authorized use of the Subscription Services as designated in the Order.

  • Option Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).

  • Initial Exercise Date means the date hereof.
