Option to Purchase Additional Common Units definition

Option to Purchase Additional Common Units means the option granted to the Underwriters by the Partnership pursuant to Section 2(b) of the Underwriting Agreement.
Option to Purchase Additional Common Units means the option to purchase additional Common Units granted to the Underwriters by the Partnership pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement.

  • Additional Common Stock herein shall mean in the most broadest sense all shares of Common Stock hereafter issued by the Borrower (including, but not limited to Common Stock held in the treasury of the Borrower and common stock purchasable via derivative security or option on the date of such grant ), except Common Stock issued upon the conversion of any of this Convertible Note or Warrant.

  • Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Common Stock pursuant to Section 11 below.

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.

  • Incentive Shares means an award of shares granted pursuant to Section XIII.

  • New Common Shares means the common stock or common equity of Reorganized XOG to be issued on the Effective Date.

  • Option Units means the Common Units that the Partnership will agree to issue upon an exercise of the Over-Allotment Option.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.
