OPTIONAL ITEMS definition

OPTIONAL ITEMS. All other items added to the Employee Personnel Folder may be considered as optional items and should be kept no longer than the duration of employment, except to meet specific legal, federal or other mandatory requirements. No adverse information shall be added unless employee has been given a copy. SUPPORTING MATERIAL: Material attached to and a part of any document identified above shall carry the same retention period as the document itself. CONVENIENCE FILES: Convenience copy files shall not be used to circumvent this personnel record policy.
OPTIONAL ITEMS means those items specified in Section B of Schedule 1.
OPTIONAL ITEMS means items 3 through 30, inclusive, identified in the Specifications.

More Definitions of OPTIONAL ITEMS

OPTIONAL ITEMS means an item (if any) which is specified in the Contract as an Optional Item, for the execution of any part of the Works, in which the Employer has the full right to omit this item(s) without being subjected to any financial, legal or contractual claims.

Related to OPTIONAL ITEMS

  • Optional means a requirement not considered essential, but for which preference may be given.

  • Optional equipment means all the features not included in the standard equipment which are fitted to a vehicle under the responsibility of the manufacturer, and that can be ordered by the customer.

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Optional Prepayment Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.02(a).

  • Optional Interest Payment Date means any Interest Payment Date other than a Compulsory Interest Payment Date.

  • Excess Cash Flow Application Date as defined in Section 2.12(c).

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Original Class B-4 Fractional Interest As to the first Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the sum of the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance by the sum of the Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance and the Original Class B Principal Balance.   • Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount retained in the Collection Account for Series 2007-A pursuant to Section 4.01(c)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Reinvestment Prepayment Date with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the earlier of (a) the date occurring twelve months after such Reinvestment Event and (b) the date on which the Borrower shall have determined not to, or shall have otherwise ceased to, acquire or repair assets useful in the Borrower’s business with all or any portion of the relevant Reinvestment Deferred Amount.
