Optional Note Redemption Price definition

Optional Note Redemption Price means, with respect to any Note to be redeemed on any Redemption Date under the Indenture, an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding principal amount of such Note, together with accrued interest, including any Additional Interest (to the extent legally enforceable), thereon through but not including the date fixed as such Redemption Date.
Optional Note Redemption Price means the Series A Optional Note Redemption Price and/or the Series B Optional Note Redemption Price, as applicable.

Optional Note Redemption Price. “ means, with respect to any Note to be redeemed on any Redemption Date under the Indenture, an amount equal to (i) if redeemed on or after December 15, 2008 and prior to December 15, 2010, one hundred four percent (104%) of the outstanding principal amount of such Note, provided that such redemption percentage shall be reduced by one-half percent (0.5%) on each Interest Payment Date, such reduction beginning on March 15, 2009, and continuing through September 15, 2010, and (ii) if redeemed on or after December 15, 2010, one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding principal amount of such Note, in either case together with accrued interest, including any Additional Interest (to the extent legally enforceable), thereon through but not including the date fixed as such Redemption Date.
