ORCP Services definition

ORCP Services means the validation of a Certificate, accessing or using an ARIN or ARIN-affiliate database of Certificate revocations, relying on any Certificate-related information, or otherwise accessing, using or relying on a Certificate, the ORCP (or any part thereof), and/or related services provided pursuant to any ORCP Service Terms. In connection with the ORCP Services, ARIN may provide you with a Trust Anchor Locator (“TAL”).

  • You acknowledge and agree that ARIN does not provide any assurance that the ORCP Services (or any part thereof) will be free from risks, hackers, perpetrators or others who may seek to misappropriate or engage in improper conduct with respect to the ORCP Services (or any part thereof).

  • You represent and warrant that You are knowledgeable in the relevant subject area and possess sufficient information to make an informed decision as to Your use of the ORCP Services and Your reliance on the information contained in a Certificate.

  • You acknowledge and agree You are solely responsible for deciding whether or not to rely on or otherwise use any ORCP services, including the information in a Certificate, and ARIN assumes no liability or responsibility for Your or any other Relying Party’s decision, use or other action in connection with the ORCP Services (or any part thereof).

  • ARIN retains all intellectual property rights (including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret rights) in connection the ORCP Services (or any part thereof).

  • ARIN shall have the right, without liability to You, any Relying Party or any other third party, to cooperate and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, rules, or regulations and all government or judicial inquiries or orders with respect to any access or use of the ORCP Services (or any part thereof), including obtaining information from ARIN regarding allegations of any prohibited conduct by You, any Relying Party or other third party.

  • This Agreement becomes effective when You first submit a query to search for a Certificate or otherwise use any ORCP Services and shall remain in effect until You cease to use all ORCP Services or until such time that ARIN terminates this Agreement.

  • You acknowledge and agree that neither ARIN nor any CA is responsible for assessing the appropriateness of use of the ORCP Services (or any part thereof).

  • This Agreement and the other ORCP Service Terms (which are hereby incorporated by reference to the extent they do not conflict with this Agreement) constitute the entire understanding between the parties and replaces and supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, express or implied, between the parties with respect to the ORCP Services (or any part thereof).

  • ARIN provides the ORCP Services and, in its sole and absolute discretion, may cease providing any or all ORCP Services and terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason.

  • Nothing provided by ARIN in connection with the ORCP Services (or any part thereof) constitutes a conveyance or transfer of any ownership rights (whether real, personal, or intellectual property rights) in the ORCP Services (or any part thereof) to You or other Relying Party.

Related to ORCP Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Shared Services means shared order filling or shared order processing, or both.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
