Order Level means the price indicated in the Order.
Order Term means the period of time starting on the Services Start Date for the Services and continuing for the period indicated on the Order Form unless terminated in accordance with the Agreement.
Order Date means, with respect to a Purchase Order, the date specified in Section 2.3(a) and, with respect to a Redemption Order, the date specified in Section 2.6(a).
Shift Cycle means the period of time when the shift schedule repeats itself. In those instances where the schedule does not repeat itself, the term "Shift Cycle" shall be understood to mean a period of time not exceeding twelve (12) weeks.
Job order contracting means a project delivery method in which:
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
Start means the day falling the Relevant Number of Index Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period.
Test cycle means a sequence of test points each with a defined speed and torque to be followed by the engine under steady state (WHSC) or transient operating conditions (WHTC).
Order Book means the trading system or platform operated by BSEF in which all market participants in the trading system or platform have the ability to enter multiple bids and offers, observe or receive bids and offers entered by other market participants, and transact on such bids and offers. A Participant must indicate if a bid or offer posted on an Order Book is firm or indicative.
Test on Completion means such tests as prescribed in the Contract to be performed by the Contractor before the work is Taken Over by TSECL.
Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.
Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.
Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
Step 4 Contribution - Amortize the result in Step 3 by multiplying it by the applicable factor from Table II. For the Plan Year in which the Participant attains Normal Retirement Age and for any subsequent Plan Year, the applicable factor is 1.0.
border control means the activity carried out at a border, in accordance with and for the purposes of this Regulation, in response exclusively to an intention to cross or the act of crossing that border, regardless of any other consideration, consisting of border checks and border surveillance;
Framework Period means the period from the Framework Commencement Date until the expiry or earlier termination of this Framework Agreement;
Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
Positive Test Result means a finding of the presence of drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites in the sample tested in levels at or above the threshold detection levels contained in the standards of one of the programs listed in Minn. Stat. § 181.953, Subd. 1.
Start-Up Testing means the completion of applicable required factory and start-up tests as set forth in Exhibit C.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Step 2 The Union Representative or Representatives may take the matter up with the Employer official designated by the Employer to handle Labour Relations matters. If the matter is not taken up within ten (10) calendar days of the date the Union received the written reply to the grievance in Step 1, it shall be deemed to have been abandoned and further recourse to the Grievance Procedure shall be forfeited.

Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.
Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".
life cycle means all consecutive and/or interlinked stages, including research and development to be carried out, production, trading and its conditions, transport, use and maintenance, throughout the existence of the product or the works or the provision of the service, from raw material acquisition or generation of resources to disposal, clearance and end of service or utilisation;
