Order Specific Terms for Products, such as Product identities, prices, discounts, quantities, dates, and any unique provisions which apply only to a particular order, will be set forth in the variable-content portions of each order entered into by the parties (such as your purchase order form, Vendor’s order form, an order addendum, an order exhibit, or a statement of work). The Order-Specific Terms, once entered into by the parties, together with the applicable terms of this Agreement, whether referenced in the order or not, constitute an “Order” under this Agreement. If there are any conflicts between the Order-Specific Terms and the provisions of this Agreement, then the provisions of this Agreement shall apply and take precedence over the conflicting provisions of the Order-Specific Terms with respect to that Order (i.e., if the parties wish to deviate from the provisions of this Agreement with respect to a particular Order or set of Orders or a particular Product or set of Products, then the parties will need to, separate and apart from the applicable Order-Specific Terms, enter into a written mutually-signed amendment to this Agreement which expressly provides that it is amending this Agreement and which expressly sets forth what the amended provisions are). Other than with respect to the Order-Specific Terms, provisions on your purchase order forms or on Vendor’s order forms (such as preprinted terms and conditions typically found on their reverse side) shall not apply and are superseded in their entirety by the provisions of this Agreement. Examples of Order Specific Terms in a sentence

  • Customer shall receive a license to use Deliverables as described in the applicable Order Specific Terms.

  • If the Professional Services do not conform to their warranty and Avaya receives from Customer during the applicable warranty period a written notice describing in reasonable detail how the Professional Services failed to be in conformance, Avaya Order Specific Terms: Support and Managed Services These Order Specific Terms apply to Orders in which Customer purchases any Managed Services or Support Services .

  • Warranty periods are as follows: (i) hardware: 12 months, beginning on the In-Service Date for Avaya-installed hardware and on the Delivery Date for all other hardware; and (ii) Software and Software media: 90 days, beginning on the Order Specific Terms: Professional Services These Order Specific Terms apply to Orders or SOWs in which Customer purchases any Professional Services.

Related to Order Specific Terms

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;
