Ordinary Share Price definition

Ordinary Share Price means, where the Ordinary Shares are traded on a Relevant Stock Exchange, in relation to any Dealing Day, the closing middle market quotation of an Ordinary Share on the Relevant Stock Exchange on the relevant Dealing Day and, where the Ordinary Shares are not traded on any Relevant Stock Exchange, the fair market value of an Ordinary Share as determined by the Board.
Ordinary Share Price has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b).
Ordinary Share Price means $7.61 (seven Dollars and sixty-one cents) per share, subject to equitable adjustments determined by the Board of Directors of the Company for any bonus shares, stock splits or consolidations or other capital reorganizations or restructuring pursuant to which the outstanding share capital of the Company is divided into a different number of shares.
