Ordinary Share Price definition

Ordinary Share Price has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b).
Ordinary Share Price means, where the Ordinary Shares are traded on a Relevant Stock Exchange, in relation to any Dealing Day, the closing middle market quotation of an Ordinary Share on the Relevant Stock Exchange on the relevant Dealing Day and, where the Ordinary Shares are not traded on any Relevant Stock Exchange, the fair market value of an Ordinary Share as determined by the Board.
Ordinary Share Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1(c).

  • The adjusted Ordinary Share Prices in the table below will equal the Ordinary Share Prices in effect immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Exchange Rate in effect immediately prior to the adjustment giving rise to the adjustment to the Ordinary Share Price and the denominator of which is the Exchange Rate in effect immediately after such adjustment.
