The adjusted Ordinary Share Prices in the table below will equal the Ordinary Share Prices in effect immediately prior to such adjustment, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Exchange Rate in effect immediately prior to the adjustment giving rise to the adjustment to the Ordinary Share Price and the denominator of which is the Exchange Rate in effect immediately after such adjustment.
