Ordinary Warrants definition

Ordinary Warrants means, collectively, the Ordinary Share purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Ordinary Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto.

Ordinary Warrants means, collectively, the Ordinary Shares purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof, which Ordinary Warrants shall be exercisable immediately upon issuance and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years following the initial exercise date, in the form of Exhibit A-2 attached hereto.
Ordinary Warrants or “Warrants” means the warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Ordinary Warrants shall be exercisable 6 months from the issuance of such Ordinary Warrants and may be exercisable during a period of 5 years commencing on the initial exercise date, in substantially the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.
