Oregon Intervention System or "OIS" means a system of providing training to people who work with designated individuals with developmental disabilities, to provide elements of positive behavior support and non- aversive behavior intervention. The system uses principles of pro-active support and describes approved physical intervention techniques that are used to maintain health and safety.
