Examples of Origin Group in a sentence

  • A Delivery Unit delivered under a Contract shall be subject to a discount stated in respect of its Origin Group as determined by the Exchange from time to time.

However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.
