Origin Port definition

Origin Port means the Enphase warehouse closest to Enphase’s manufacturing site for the Products or such other port, as agreed.”
Origin Port means the port closest to Enphase’s manufacturing site for the Products or such other port as agreed. “Party” or “Parties” have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this MSA.

Examples of Origin Port in a sentence

  • Title to Products shipped under any Purchase Order shall pass to SunPower upon delivery to the Origin Port.

  • Enphase will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver all Products to the Origin Port on or before the Delivery Date, subject to applicable Delivery Lead Times.

  • Enphase shall invoice SunPower for Products (“Invoice”) on or after the Delivery Date of such Products to the Origin Port.

  • Enphase warrants that legal title to the Products shall be free and clear of all liens, claims, security interests or other encumbrances upon Delivery to the Origin Port, and shall indemnify SunPower against any Third Party claims for breach of the above warranty.

  • Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.
