Origin Port definition

Origin Port means the Enphase warehouse closest to Enphase’s manufacturing site for the Products or such other port, as agreed.”
Origin Port means the port closest to Enphase’s manufacturing site for the Products or such other port as agreed. “Party” or “Parties” have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this MSA.
