Origin Port definition

Origin Port means the Enphase warehouse closest to Enphase’s manufacturing site for the Products or such other port, as agreed.”
Origin Port means the port closest to Enphase’s manufacturing site for the Products or such other port as agreed. “Party” or “Parties” have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this MSA.

Examples of Origin Port in a sentence

  • Enphase shall invoice SunPower for Products (“Invoice”) on or after the Delivery Date of such Products to the Origin Port.

  • Enphase warrants that legal title to the Products shall be free and clear of all liens, claims, security interests or other encumbrances upon Delivery to the Origin Port, and shall indemnify SunPower against any Third Party claims for breach of the above warranty.

  • Title to Products shipped under any Purchase Order shall pass to SunPower upon delivery to the Origin Port.

  • Enphase will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver all Products to the Origin Port on or before the Delivery Date, subject to applicable Delivery Lead Times.

  • Unless otherwise noted by Customer on a purchase order and mutually agreed to by VWR in writing, delivery of orders by VWR managed export shipment will be FCA Origin Port (Incoterms 2010), and delivery of all routed exports will be EXW Origin Dock (Incoterms 2010).

Related to Origin Port

  • Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Product is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.
