Original Building definition

Original Building means the building containing approximately 114,419 rentable square feet to be constructed by Landlord for Tenant upon the Land according to SECTION 3 and includes both the Original Base Building and the Original Leasehold Improvements.
Original Building the original community building existing prior to the date of the Building Contract at Acre Close Field, Whitnash. Permitted Uses: the design, construction, completion, reconstruction, modification, refurbishment, development, maintenance, facilities management, funding, disposal, letting, fitting-out, advertisement, decommissioning, demolition, reinstatement, extension, building information modelling and repair of the Property and the Project (and including also in relation to the Original Building). Programme: the programme agreed by the Consultant and the Client, setting out key dates and time periods for: Project: the construction works to create a community hub in Acre Close Field, Whitnash.3 Property: the new community hub in Acre Close Field, Whitnash, that is created by the Project. Required Standard: all the reasonable skill, care and diligence to be expected of a qualified and experienced member of the Consultant’s profession undertaking the Services in relation to works similar in scope and character to the Project. Services: the Basic Services and the Additional Services (if any). Tenant: a person to whom the Client grants, or agrees to grant, a leasehold interest in the Property. Third Party Agreement: any agreement between the Client and a third party relating to the Project and of which: VAT: value added tax imposed by the Value Added Tax Xxx 0000, or any similar tax in addition to or replacing it from time to time.
Original Building means the original building of an aggregate of approximately 24,100 square feet located partly on both the Petralli Real Property and the Owned Real Property.

  • Landlord will not be responsible for any items of damage caused by Tenant, its agents, independent contractors or suppliers, except that in connection with Tenant's "phased" move-in to the Original Building, Landlord must repair damage caused by Tenant as part of its move-in and cannot claim such damage and repair constitutes any form of permitted delay, unless caused by Tenant's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  • Tenant shall continue to have rights to extend the Term in accordance with the terms of Section A-2.1 of the Addendum to Lease attached to the Original Building 1 Lease, the Original Building 2 Lease, and the Original Building 3 Lease and Section 5 of the Second Amendment which shall continue unmodified.

  • Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the premises outlined on the floor plans attached hereto as Exhibit A-2 (the “Premises”) consisting of approximately twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet of Rentable Area (defined below) on the 2nd floor of the Original Building.
