Original Class C Notes definition

Original Class C Notes means the securities, if any, issued and authenticated pursuant to Section 10.1 of the Indenture in the original principal amount and maturities and bearing interest as specified in an amendment to the Indenture at the time of issuance.

Original Class C Notes means the Class C Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes issued on the Original Closing Date pursuant to the Indenture.

Original Class C Notes means the €22,000,000 Class C Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes due 2030 issued 28 July 2016.
