Original Works means has the meaning assigned to it in Rule 2A of the Service Tax (Determination of Value) Rules, 2006;

• No Data Charges are payable for the internal or external distribution of such Original Works provided they cannot be reverse engineered in any way back to the underlying Data, and/or effectively substituted for that Data.

• However, other than incidentally to the copying or transfer of Original Works containing embedded Digital Identifiers enabling the reference citation links, no member of PILA may provide, copy or transfer for value any Digital Identifier (cached or otherwise).

• Inventions and Original Works Retained by Me. • PILA shall not be obligated to take any action with respect to any Metadata that is the subject of an intellectual property dispute, but nonetheless reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or suspend access from, to or through it and/or its associated Original Work(s), or to take any other action it deems appropriate.

• As described below, PILA also facilitates the deposit and retrieval of Metadata and Digital Identifiers to enable and promote persistent and reliable linking among and discovery of Original Works on the Internet through their embedded reference citations, as well as other online information management services.

More Definitions of Original Works

Original Works means the documents, files, materials and works provided by you for the purposes of carrying out the Services.

Original Works means the original works owned by or licensed to Licensor listed in Exhibit A-4, attached hereto, under the heading “Original Works”.

Original Works means the documents, files, information, materials provided by the Client for the purposes of carrying out the Work, in written form, electronic format or verbally.

Original Works means the works for the development or refurbishment referred to in the definition of “Building” in which a PD Group Company played a role (in accordance with that definition).

Original Works means public works undertaken for all new constructions, and includes special repairs to newly purchased or previously abandoned buildings or structures, which are required for bringing them into use or which result in an increase in future benefits flowing from the asset;

Original Works means the documents, files, materials and works provi ded by the Client for the purposes of carrying out the Work, in both paper and electronic formats.

Original Works means all new constructions, site preparation, additions and alterations to existing works, special repairs to newly purchased or previously abandoned buildings or structures, including remodelling or replacement. ‘’Minor works’’ means works which add capital value to existing assets but do not create new assets. ‘’Repair works’’ means works undertaken to maintain the building and its fixtures. Works will also include services or goods incidental or consequential to the original or repair works as per Rule 130 GFR,2017.
