Original Finance Documents definition

Original Finance Documents means, together, each of the following documents:
Original Finance Documents means the Original Facility Agreement and the other “Finance Documents” as defined therein.
Original Finance Documents has the meaning given in Clause 35.1(b).

  • The Settlement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Amendment Agreement only and the Settlement shall constitute full and complete satisfaction of all obligations and claims for the Financial Creditors against the Obligors under the Original Finance Documents, the Proposals and the Paraconcordatario Agreement, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained therein and without prejudice, in any case, to the Transaction Fees and Costs and Senior Lenders Advisory Costs.

  • The termination of the Original Finance Documents shall take effect immediately upon the effectiveness of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Original Finance Documents

Original Finance Documents means the Original Bond Agreement, security documents and other finance documents relevant to the Original Bond Issue (which has not expired or terminated in accordance with their own terms or as agreed with the Bond Trustee).
Original Finance Documents means the Original Senior Finance Documents and the Original Junior Finance Documents;
Original Finance Documents means: (a) the Original Common Terms Agreement; (b) the Original Senior Facility A Agreement; (c) the Original Senior Facility B Agreement; (d) the Original Senior Facility C Agreement;

  • Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.

  • Reference Documents means the documents provided with and so designated in the RFP. The Reference Documents, including Plans contained therein and/or so designated, are not Contract Documents and were provided to the Design-Builder for informational purposes only and are relied upon at the Design-Builder’s own risk.

  • Intercompany Loan Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Governance Documents means any articles of incorporation, corporate by-laws, limited liability company operating agreement, shareholder agreements, membership and partnership agreements and other similar organizational documents of a Person, together with any applicable charters, codes of conduct, governance guidelines and other similar documents setting forth policies and practices relating to the management and governance of such Person.
