Origination Guide definition

Origination Guide means the guide which sets forth the parameters for the MCC Program.
Origination Guide means the guide governing the origination of Mortgage Loans, issued by Virginia Housing, and as may be hereafter amended from time to time (and any notices, letters and other instructions heretofore or hereafter issued by Virginia Housing relating thereto) and Virginia Housing Exhibits and Documents referred to therein. As used herein, “Origination Guide” shall include Virginia Housing’s guide for originating and processing Mortgage Loans, as may be hereafter amended or supplemented in writing (and any notices, letters and other instructions heretofore or hereafter issued by Virginia Housing relating thereto) and Virginia Housing’s Rules and Regulations for Single Family Mortgage Loans to Persons and Families of Low and Moderate Income, as may be hereafter amended from time totime.
Origination Guide means the guide governing the origination of Mortgage Loans, issued by the Authority, and as may be hereafter amended from time to time (and any notices, letters and other instructions heretofore or hereafter issued by the Authority relating thereto) and the Authority Exhibits and Documents referred to therein. As used herein, “Origination Guide” shall include the Authority’s guide for originating and processing Mortgage Loans, as may be hereafter amended or supplemented in writing (and any notices, letters and other instructions heretofore or hereafter issued by the Authority relating thereto) and the Authority’s Rules and Regulations for Single Family Mortgage Loans to Persons and Families of Low and Moderate Income, as may be hereafter amended from time to time.

Examples of Origination Guide in a sentence

  • Whenever there is a reference to the Guides in this Contract, it means either or both the Origination Guide and the Servicing Guide, as the context may require and as they exist now and as they may be amended or supplemented in writing.

  • The MPF Provider will publish the purchase price for any particular Mortgage, which may be at par, at a premium or a discount, based upon the applicable Delivery Commitment and rate and fee schedule, all as more fully described in the Origination Guide.

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Xxxxxxx Mac Guide The Xxxxxxx Mac Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Credit Guidelines means the policies of Credit Acceptance, relating to the extension of credit to automobile, light-duty truck, minivan and/or sport utility dealers and consumers in respect of retail installment contracts for the sale of automobiles, light-duty trucks, minivans and/or sport utility vehicles including the policies for determining creditworthiness of such dealers and consumers and otherwise relating to the extension of credit to dealers and consumers and the maintenance of installment sale contracts, as in effect on the Cut-off Date and as amended from time to time in accordance with the Basic Documents or in accordance with Applicable Law, attached hereto as Exhibit H.

  • FNMA Guide FNMA’s Servicing Guide, as the same may be amended by FNMA from time to time.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • FNMA Guides The FNMA Sellers' Guide and the FNMA Servicers' Guide, and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Fixed guideway means a public transit facility that uses and occupies:

  • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.
