Orphan Receptor definition

Orphan Receptor means a G Protein Coupled Receptor that is not constitutively active and for which the Endogenous ligand is not publicly known.
Orphan Receptor means all species of any of (i) the *** *** receptors, and (ii) any orphan receptor discovered by Ligand prior to the expiration of the Ligand Option.
Orphan Receptor means a GPCR lacking any identified Known Ligand.
