Other Required Improvements Warranty Period definition

Other Required Improvements Warranty Period means a period of two years from the date that the City Engineer or the City Engineer’s designee, in accordance with the terms and conditions of paragraph 5.9 below, approves the Required Improvements that are not Public Improvements, and certifies their compliance with approved specifications.
Other Required Improvements Warranty Period means a period of two years from the date that the City Engineer or the City Engineer’s designee, in accordance with the terms and conditions of paragraph 5.6 below, approves the Required Improvements that are not Public Improvements, and certifies their compliance with approved specifications.
Other Required Improvements Warranty Period means a period of two years from the date that the Director of Public Works, in accordance with the terms and conditions of paragraph 5.9 below, approves the Required Improvements that are not Public Improvements, and certifies their compliance with approved specifications.

Examples of Other Required Improvements Warranty Period in a sentence

  • In the event of any defect in workmanship or quality during the Public Improvements Warranty Period or the Other Required Improvements Warranty Period, the Developer shall correct the defect in workmanship or material.
