Outreach Learner Hours definition

Outreach Learner Hours has the meaning given to it in Schedule 5 (Pricing and Payment Mechanism);
Outreach Learner Hours means the number of hours of Outreach Education delivered to Young Persons at the YOI;

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Ramp-Up only relates to the transition from the delivery of an average of fifteen (15) Classroom-based Learner Hours per Young Person per week in a Payment Period to an average of twenty-seven (27) Classroom-based Learner Hours per Young Person per week in a Payment Period and the requirement for the delivery of Outreach Education will remain at an average of fifteen (15) Outreach Learner Hours per Young Person per week following the Initial Period.

  • Following the expiry of the Outreach Trial Period the Authority and the Contractor may negotiate amendments to the Outreach Learner Hours Price in accordance with the Change Procedure to reflect the outcomes of the Outreach Review.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Outreach means the Outreach to potential Clients to link them to appropriate Mental Health 27 Services and may include activities that involve educating the community about the services offered and 28 requirements for participation in the programs. Such activities should result in the CONTRACTOR 29 developing their own Client referral sources for the programs they offer.

  • Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.

  • Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.
