Outsourced Service Provider definition

Outsourced Service Provider means an agent or contractor of a Party to this Agreement; Purchase Price means the price at which the Client purchases a licence to the Licensed Product, or an Access Licence for the Access Term to access and use the Licensed Product either in a public or private Cloud or on premise solution;
