Outstanding Amount Advanced definition

Outstanding Amount Advanced means, as to any Payment Date, the aggregate of all Advances remitted by the Servicer out of its own funds pursuant to Section 5.11, less the aggregate of all related Advance Reimbursement Amounts actually received prior to such Payment Date.

More Definitions of Outstanding Amount Advanced

Outstanding Amount Advanced. As to any Remittance Date, the aggregate of all Monthly Advances remitted by the Servicer out of its own funds pursuant to Section 6.04, less the aggregate of all related Monthly Advance Reimbursement Amounts actually received prior to such Remittance Date.
Outstanding Amount Advanced. With respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of all Advances made by the Servicer out of its own funds pursuant to Section 4.01 less the aggregate of all Monthly Advance Reimbursement Amounts actually received by the Servicer prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Outstanding Amount means the aggregate principal amount of all Notes, or Class of Notes, as applicable, Outstanding at the date of determination.
