Overrun Gas definition

Overrun Gas has the meaning given in clause 7.1(a). Overrun Charge is the sum of the Authorised Overrun Charge and Unauthorised Overrun Charge and is calculated in accordance with clauses 7.4 and 9(e).
Overrun Gas means the following:
Overrun Gas means those volumes of gas tendered for transportation by Shipper on any day in excess of its currently effective Contract Demand or MDQ, to the extent such gas is scheduled under Section 7 of these General Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Overrun Gas in a sentence

  • An overrun occurs when the Actual Delivered Quantity or Actual Received Quantity is in excess of the lesser of the Operational MDQ for that Path and the quantity specified in an Operational Flow Order for that Path (if any) (Overrun Gas).

  • This charge will apply unless otherwise agreed by the Services Providers prior to the Overrun Gas being transported.

  • The Service Providers will charge the Shipper an Overrun Charge per GJ for Overrun Gas delivered or received calculated as follows: 300% of the Forward Haulage Service Charge.

Overrun Gas has the meaning given in clause 5.3(a).
Overrun Gas means, for a particular Gas Day and for a particular shipper, Gas Received by that shipper (across all Outlet Points) less the aggregate of the quantities of Contracted Capacity across all of that shipper's Capacity Services (including T1 Service, P1 Service and B1 Services and any Capacity under Spot Transactions) (across all Outlet Points) on that Gas Day and, if the preceding calculation produces a negative result, Overrun Gas for that Gas Day equals zero.
