Authorized Quantity definition

Authorized Quantity shall have the meaning given to such term in Appendix D; “Bank Account” shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 7.2; “Commencement Date” shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.1; “Daily Maximum Injection Demand” has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.2;
Authorized Quantity has the meaning given to that term in Appendix D to the Agreement.
Authorized Quantity means the Nomination pursuant to Section 6.2 or the Intra-Day Nomination pursuant to Section 6.3 as either may be adjusted in accordance with Section 7.5.

More Definitions of Authorized Quantity

Authorized Quantity means for the purposes of Article 6 and in respect of any day, the thermal equivalent of the volume of residue gas, including System Gas and gas transferred pursuant to Section 7.05, authorized for delivery out of an Upstream Balancing Account for the account of a Shipper, but does not include any inventory transfers made from the account pursuant to Section 6.14.
Authorized Quantity. Quantity of the Products that CENIT accepts for transportation by the Transport System.
Authorized Quantity means the quantity of gas authorized by Terasen Gas for delivery for the account of Westcoast at the Delivery Point on any Day pursuant to Article 6.

Related to Authorized Quantity

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.
