Overtime Service definition

Overtime Service means heating, ventilation or air-conditioning service at any time other than Business Hours.
Overtime Service is defined in paragraph 8(c) of this Lease.
Overtime Service means ECI Services (excluding Help Desk Services) requested or required by Client and performed outside of the Normal Business Hours.

  • Overtime Service Requests are those Service Requests performed in whole or in part before or after Regular Time (“Overtime Service Requests”).
