Owner’s Affidavits definition

Owner’s Affidavits has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c).
Owner’s Affidavits means those certain owner’s affidavits delivered to the issuer of the Title Policies in connection with funding of the Loan, copies of which were provided to Lender.

More Definitions of Owner’s Affidavits

Related to Owner’s Affidavits

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.
