Oxygen meter means a mobile device allowing measuring of any significant reduction of the oxygen content of the air. An oxygen meter may either be a device for measuring oxygen only or part of a combination device for measuring both flammable gas and oxygen. This device shall be so designed that measurements are possible without the necessity of entering the spaces to be checked.
