PACE participant means any individual who is a

  • Electing enrollment in any other Medicare or Medicaid prepayment plan or optional benefit, including the hospice benefit, after enrolling as a PACE participant is considered a voluntary disenrollment from PACE.

  • No AllCare PACE participant will be involuntarily disenrolled without prior review and approval of the State of Oregon Department of Human Services.

  • Non-payment: On occasion, a PACE participant may fail to provide the pay-in required to maintain long-term care service eligibility.
