Packaging Configuration definition

Packaging Configuration means quantities of Product by dosage form and strength as set out in Schedule D (Packaging Configuration).
Packaging Configuration means the Packaging configuration for the Product identified on Exhibit 3.1(a), as the same may be modified upon written agreement of the Parties.
Packaging Configuration means, with respect to each particular dosage strength of the Product referenced in Section 1.27, the packaging configuration(s) in which such dosage strength of the Product shall be supplied by Teligent Estonia to Distributor as set out in Schedule A (Products and Packaging Configurations).
