PAGA Settlement Payment definition

PAGA Settlement Payment means the portion of the PAGA Settlement Amount allocated and distributable to each PAGA Settlement Member as calculated pursuant to Section II.27. PAGA Settlement Members will receive their PAGA Settlement Payment regardless of whether they return a Claim Form to become a Qualified Collective Member.
PAGA Settlement Payment means the amount payable to each PAGA Member
PAGA Settlement Payment means the amount payable to each Aggrieved Employee from the PAGA Payment.

Notwithstanding the manner in which the viatical settlement broker is compensated, a viatical settlement broker is deemed to represent only the viator, and not the insurer or the viatical settlement provider, and owes a fiduciary duty to the viator to act according to the viator’s instructions and in the best interest of the viator. “Viatical settlement broker” does not include an attorney, certified public accountant, or a financial planner accredited by a nationally recognized accreditation agency who is retained to represent the viator and whose compensation is not paid directly or indirectly by the viatical settlement provider or purchaser.

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • Adjustment Payment means, in respect of any Security, the payment (if any) determined by the Determination Agent as is required in order to reduce or eliminate, to the extent reasonably practicable, any transfer of economic value to or from the Issuer as a result of the replacement of the Index by the Alternative Pre-nominated Index. The Determination Agent may determine that the Adjustment Payment is zero.

  • Daily Settlement Amount for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the Observation Period, shall consist of:
