Panthers Fund definition

Panthers Fund means the separate fund of such name to be held by the Bond Trustee on behalf of the City in which shall be deposited annually during the Development Period amounts representing portions of the County Park Fees, the School District Park Fees and the Other Taxing District Park Fees, and all of the City Park Fees, paid with respect to the real and personal property located within the Park with respect to each Tax Year, all as more particularly set forth below in Section 3.2(a). Funds within the Panthers Fund shall expended in the manner set forth herein.

Examples of Panthers Fund in a sentence

  • Moneys may not be retained in the Panthers Fund in any Bond Year for the purpose of redeeming, purchasing, or defeasing SSRBs, MID Bonds, or Refunding Bonds in a subsequent Bond Year.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Panthers Fund moneys used under Section 4.1(a)(4) hereof must be applied to effect the redemption, purchase, or legal defeasance of the applicable SSRBs, MID Bonds, or Refunding Bonds within the then-current Bond Year.
