Parcel J definition

Parcel J means that certain approximately 9.96 acre parcel as depicted on Exhibit M, which shall be dedicated by Developer in perpetuity for conservation purposes.
Parcel J. Tracts 32 and 33, Scrixxx Xxxe Homes, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 57, records of Snohomish County, Washington; TOGETHER WITH that portion of vacated alley adjacent thereto and abutting thereon which has reverted to said premises by operation of law.
