Parent Guarantee Agreement definition

Parent Guarantee Agreement means the Parent Guarantee Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit F, made by Holdings in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

Parent Guarantee Agreement means the Parent Guarantee Agreement (First Lien) dated as of the Closing Date as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, between Parent Holdco and the Collateral Agent.
