Parent Target means $0.
Parent Target means $13,500,000 if the Closing occurs on or prior to April 30, 2019 (provided, that if any fees and expenses are incurred by Parent in connection with preparing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2019 on or prior to April 30, 2019, such amounts will be added back to the Parent Cash Amount), less Parent’s reasonable operating expenses from May 1, 2019 through the Closing.
Parent Target means (i) $15,000,000 if the Closing occurs on or prior to May 31, 2019, or (ii) if the Closing occurs after May 31, 2019,

  • You acknowledge that certain of the Lenders may be “public side” Lenders (i.e. Lenders that do not wish to receive material non-public information with respect to the Company, Parent, Target or their respective affiliates or any of its or their respective securities) (each, a “Public Lender”).

Related to Parent Target

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Acquisition Target means any Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; any Person that is merged into or consolidated with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; or any Person with respect to which all or a substantial part of that Person’s assets are acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof.

  • Target means Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system.
