Parenting supports definition
Parenting supports means assisting clients who are or will be parents in parenting skills training that is individualized to assist with focusing on the health, welfare, and developmental needs of their child.

qualifying support means income support to which that person is entitled by virtue of paragraph 14B of Schedule 1B to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987; and
Restructuring Support Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Restructuring Support Agreement, dated as of December 4, 2020, by and among the Debtors and the Consenting Noteholders (as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time).
Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
Counseling means one or more consultations as necessary between a state licensed psychiatrist or psychologist and a patient for the purpose of determining that the patient is capable and not suffering from a psychiatric or psychological disorder or depression causing impaired judgment.
