Parking Operator means a competent operator engaged by OSEG from time to time, as Approved by the City, responsible for the Parking Structure and surface parking pursuant to this Lease, the Stadium Lease and the lease for the Office Component;

Parking Operator is defined in the preamble of this Agreement and includes its successors and assigns.

More Definitions of Parking Operator

Parking Operator means the entity that manages parking on behalf of the Stadium within the City’s sports and entertainment facilities.

Parking Operator means the professional provider of Parking Spaces (and surrounding services) to users/customer via the PMP under these terms.

Parking Operator. : means the company that operates the Parking Spaces and with which the User may reserve a parking space through the Site or the Application
