Parking Tax definition

Parking Tax means the commercial parking tax imposed by this chapter.
Parking Tax means the “Net Parking Tax” as such term is defined in Ordinance No. 19- 038 of the City levying, pursuant to the Act, a parking tax on each motor vehicle parked at the Ballpark in connection with an Event.
Parking Tax means the tax on Parking Facility charges authorized by RCW 36.100.220. “Party” means either the Club or the PFD and “Parties” means the Club and the PFD collectively.

More Definitions of Parking Tax

Parking Tax means tax assessed under this Part;
Parking Tax means the parking tax described in Section 13.16 of the Agreement.
Parking Tax means a tax on each motor vehicle parking at a parking facility of the Ballpark at a rate not to exceed $3.00 (Three Dollars) for each motor vehicle.
Parking Tax means the parking tax imposed by the Sports Authority pursuant to Chapters 334 or 335 of the Texas Local Government Code; provided, however, the amount of the Parking Tax for County Events, Club Games/Events and Rodeo Events at the Stadium shall be $1 per motor vehicle and such parking tax shall be subject to the limitations set forth in Section 7.7 of this Funding Agreement.
Parking Tax and “Commercial Parking Tax” shall mean the tax set forth in TMC 3.48.
