Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.
Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.
Participant Group means you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies (as each such term is defined in the Companies Act 1985); and
Participant contract means a contract by which a sponsored captive insurance company insures the risks of a participant and limits the losses of the participant to the assets of a protected cell.
Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
Program Participants means, for any CRP, the Centers (other than the Lead Center for such CRP) and any Partner receiving funding for activities under such CRP that are funded by the CGIAR Fund.
Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.
Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Sections 300.320 through 300.324 of 34 CFR.
Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.
Non-Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
discretionary use means the use of land or a building provided for in this Bylaw for which a development permit may be issued upon an application having been made;
MCO means an organization having a certificate of authority or certificate of registration from the 11 Washington State Office of Insurance Commissioner that contracts with HCA under a comprehensive 12 risk contract to provide prepaid health care services to eligible HCA Enrollees under HCA managed 13 care programs.
Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).
Participant Contributions means contributions made by the Participant pursuant to an executed Pay Reduction Agreement subject to the Participant Contribution limits contained in Article III.
Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.
Participant Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a Person may access the SEF operated by BSEF as a Participant. Participant Documentation shall not include DMA Customer Documentation.
Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).
Non-U.S. Participant means any Participant that if it were a Lender would qualify as a Non-U.S. Lender.
Market Participant Energy Withdrawal means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Demand Bids, Decrement Bids, real-time load (net of Behind The Meter Generation expected to be operating, but not to be less than zero), internal bilateral transactions and Export Transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.
Participant Account means that separate account maintained under the Plan to record the amount that a Participant has contributed to the Plan during an Offering Period.
Section 162(m) Participant means any key Employee designated by the Administrator as a key Employee whose compensation for the fiscal year in which the key Employee is so designated or a future fiscal year may be subject to the limit on deductible compensation imposed by Section 162(m) of the Code.
Qualifying Educational Program means a program at a post-secondary school level of not less than three consecutive weeks duration that requires each student taking the program to spend not less than 10 hours per week on courses or work in that program.
Designated Participant means such employees or officers of the Company or a related entity of the Company as the Board may designate from time to time as eligible to participate in the Plan;
Economic Load Response Participant means a Member or Special Member that qualifies under Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.5A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.5A, to participate in the PJM Interchange Energy Market and/or Ancillary Services markets through reductions in demand.
Participant Agreement means an employment or other services agreement between a Participant and the Service Recipient that describes the terms and conditions of such Participant’s employment or service with the Service Recipient and is effective as of the date of determination.
