Participating Local Jurisdictions means those Member Jurisdictions that have executed or may execute this Special Project Service Agreement pursuant to Article 11 of the CVWMA Articles of Incorporation.

  • Local jurisdiction means the jurisdiction in which the Canadian securities regulatory authority is situate;
